At its meeting today the Supervisory Board of DZ BANK AG appointed Ulrike Brouzi as a Member of the Board of Managing Directors. Ulrike Brouzi will join the bank on September 1, 2018 and in the course of the takeover of the Chairmanship of the Board of Managing Directors by Uwe Fröhlich and Dr. Cornelius Riese at the start of 2019 she will take over as Chief Financial Officer.

Ulrike Brouzi (52) has been a Member of the Management Board of Norddeutsche Landesbank (Nord LB) since January 2012. There she is responsible among other things for Finance and Tax, Organisation, IT, Compliance and Group Security as well as Transaction Banking. Prior to her appointment to the Management Board of Nord LB the business mathematician headed the Risk Control Group Division from 2008 onwards, and as of 2010 she assumed responsibility for the bank’s capital market business as Executive Vice President. She started her professional career at BayernLB, where she worked for 17 years in various positions. Ulrike Brouzi comes from Weißenburg/Franken. She is married and has two children.
