The sustainability analysis, which is based on 170 sustainability parameters relating to the economy, ecology, social responsibility and corporate governance, is prepared with the greatest care and takes account of all relevant facts identifiable at the corresponding point in time. We draw the raw data for the ecology, social responsibility and corporate governance parameters from well-known external database providers. We carry out the selection, definition and weighting of the sustainability factors ourselves and supplement this with the economic dimension, which incorporates the stock analysts’ sector and company expertise.

The result of the analysis is an integrative sustainability rating which forms the basis for the categorisation of the individual stocks into sustainable and non-sustainable stocks. This classification takes account of sector and cross-sector sustainability limits as well as hard and soft exclusion criteria. Sustainable individual stocks are labelled with a seal of quality for sustainability.
