A summary of our employer benefits

Performance-related remuneration system

We offer you attractive remuneration consisting of fixed and variable components. In addition to our basic salary we also honour your work with a variable remuneration component. This depends on your own individual performance as well as on the joint performance of the divisions as well as of DZ BANK as a whole.

Occupational pension scheme

Comprehensive retirement provision consists of various components which – taken as a whole – provide financial security in old age. We contribute to this with our occupational pension scheme. We pay a basic contribution. For employees making a specified contribution of their own, we double our contribution.

We also offer a further voluntary building block for your old-age provision. With deferred compensation you can use the variable compensation component or parts of it for additional tax-privileged cover.

Working hours

DZ BANK offers you attractive opportunities to choose your working hours flexibly and at your own discretion taking account of your personal needs within the framework of company and statutory requirements. Part-time models allow you to bring your working hours into line with your private life in an ideal fashion. The bank also offers you the option of mobile work. For example, by way of “alternating teleworking” you can work from home if necessary, provided job-specific requirements allow it.

Thanks to your subsidised local travel card or a travel subsidy you pay less to use public transport to get from A to B and to work and back. Our canteens also offer varied and healthy meals.
