Our employees satisfy their advanced training and development needs through those channels that best suit them. Our internal advanced training programme with around 150 training units in the most varied of formats and a broad range of subjects is only one of these channels.
Our employees can also extend their qualification profile by participating in individual external training units and certification courses. We work together here with first class partners, such as for example the Frankfurt School of Finance & Management.
Our offering is complemented by specific measures tailored to individual specialist divisions. We take up current topics in regular keynote lectures by well-known speakers.

Training is always focused on building skills, methodological expertise and special project management know-how, and is always related to the practical level. Training is based on international project management standards according to IPMA and PMI as well as on DZ BANK’s specific requirements.
We offer employees who show special potential and managers the opportunity to take part in our goal-oriented and individualised Potential Promotion Programme.
With a special eighteen-month development plan tailored to your requirements we prepare you for deployment in demanding specialist areas or management tasks. The objective is to fill vacant positions as part of strategic succession planning.
