Further to the ad-hoc disclosure published on 1 April 2021, whereby the Board of Managing Directors of DVB Bank SE announced the intention to merge into its sole shareholder, DZ BANK AG Deutsche Zentral-Genossenschaftsbank, Frankfurt am Main, we would like to inform you that the upstream merger was finalised on 12 August 2022. Consequently, the legal entity DVB Bank SE is no longer in existence.
The DVB Hub is still accessible for monitoring/download of account statements until end Q1 2023.
